The forecast for today was looking pretty big, so we left town around 7 to catch the beginning of the day. It was really busy out there, maybe not good for the surfers but wonderful for me (more material!)
As per usual it ended up being an amazing day all around.

The surf forecast for Saturday was getting us excited and nervous. Sombrio would have been for sure going off, but we decided to check out a different spot which might have been a bit smaller, and just for the sake of mixing it up. Proved to be quite the place!
It was still busy, but an adventure nonetheless.

Sombrio camping on New Year's Eve! What a treat. The weather was perfect, and after some morning coffee I was able to lay back on the sand and get some good low shots.
What a great way to start off the new year!
